片子的话题挺敏感禁忌的，拍的一般，但是这样的电影总有张吸引人的海报。

不太想用“堕落”之类的字眼，只能说我好难理解这种挑战身体/精神欲望极限的动机……看到好多人说翻译的问题，台译标题《药爱》，比《地下同志生活的阴暗角落》具体些。宣传时用的标签“药命的爱”倒是挺一语双关，只是恐吓意味稍重了（相比片子内容）。
